Do you need a car for the weekend? If you're keen to explore the island, a car isn't a terrible idea. It's not a tiny island--there's more to see than what you can find walking around town--and a car is good for that. Even better is a bike, especially if we have good fall weather. For renting either a car or a bike, I recommend Young's bike shop. If you mention to them that you're part of the Alsop/Van Vorst wedding, they'll give you 10% off of your bike rental.
On Saturday, we are organizing cabs to pick up those of you who'll be staying in town at 3:45. Saturday night, shuttles will head back to town from 11-midnight. On Sunday, we'll have cabs run from town back to the Jays, picking up at 10:45 from Liberty Street and the Jared Coffin House.
